A Restorative Space for Growth

Therapy rooted in compassion and steadiness for individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the complexity of being human.

You don’t have to walk your path alone.

Life can feel overwhelming at times - whether you're navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, or a season of change. Seeking support is a natural and healthy step. Therapy offers a restorative space grounded in compassion and steadiness, where growth can unfold at a pace that feels right for you.

Areas of Support

I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of emotional and relational challenges.

Trauma

Traumatic experiences can shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Therapy offers a compassionate space to process these experiences safely and reconnect with a sense of stability and personal agency. With CCTP and TF-CBT training, I work alongside clients to securely process through a variety of trauma experiences.

Relationship Struggles

Relationships can be deeply meaningful - and deeply challenging. Together, we explore patterns, communication, and emotional needs to foster greater understanding and healthier, more secure connections within marriages and families. I employ strategies from the Gottman method and integrate those into an attachment framework to look deep into relationship histories.

Mental Performance Coaching

Mental performance coaching helps teens and young adults build focus, confidence, and emotional resilience in high-pressure environments. This work supports sustainable performance on and off the field, while protecting overall well-being. Coaching is offered in-office or onsite at the fields, court, or training facility. This is offered as individual or group training.

Life Transitions

Life transitions come in a variety of flavors. Together in therapy, we navigate life transitions with clarity, confidence, and emotional support. Whether facing motherhood, divorce, career changes, relationship shifts, or periods of overwhelm and uncertainty, therapy can help you feel more grounded, rebuild self-trust, and move forward with practical tools and greater emotional stability.
