Meet Jen Glatz

MA, LPC-Associate, Supervised by Danielle Fermier.

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices within an attachment-based framework. I believe each person carries a unique story shaped by their experiences, relationships, and the seasons of life they have moved through. At times, we all need the support of someone who can bear witness to our story with care and understanding, helping us make sense of where we’ve been and move thoughtfully toward what comes next. My goal as a therapist is to offer consistent compassion and empathy through genuine connection, creating a space where clients feel safe to explore, grow, and heal at their own pace.

My path to counseling began with a deep appreciation for storytelling and human experience. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Concordia University and later completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Amberton University. These experiences continue to shape how I approach therapy—with curiosity, respect for each individual’s narrative, and a belief in the power of understanding ourselves more fully.

I strive to bring warmth, steadiness, and authenticity into the therapy room. Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, or a season of change, my hope is that our work together feels collaborative, supportive, and restorative—a place where meaningful growth can unfold over time.
